Kenyan Comedy gets new face with Crazy Monday and LOL

Kenyan comedy has received a new touch with introduction of Crazy Monday, Laugh Out Loudest (LOL), and Hot Seat. There has been other comedy shows like Redykyulass, which was one of the funniest comedy show in Kenya andChurchill Live where Dan Ndambuki aka Churchill is viewed as King of comedy in Kenya today.
Even with Churchill Live getting back on air by next month on NTV, there is an emergent of new talent in comedy with the Crazy Monday brought by Kenya Kona Group and LOL that is a product from Protel Studios. Crazy Monday is hosted every first Monday of the month at Hilton and is a real family comedy show that has a lot of following. The first episode was charged at Ksh 500/- and Ksh 1000/- for VIP but the last one was raised to Ksh600/-. Crazy Monday might start being hosted on KTN very soon.
Laugh Out Loudest (LOL) is also another comedy that is giving Kenyan comedians a platform to display their talent. LOL is hosted at Kenya National Theatre and aired on K24 TV and has free entry.
